This information is for vendors only and does not pertain to the public. It applies specifically to Market Square, Thumpkin, Clans, Rare Trades and Food vendors.
Note: This information does not pertain to vendors located in the Medieval Reenactment Village or Rare Trades (Meadows) .
⚠️ Important Stallholder Information
Do not begin setting up on Thursday or Friday without prior consultation (preferably with Krissy). Marking of sites will be completed late Thursday afternoon/into the evening

I will be on site from approximately 3:30 pm Thursday. Please be patient until markings are finalised.

When arriving, please text me your Trading Name, day, and approximate arrival time – this will help us manage the bump-in smoothly.

This map identifies the Parking and Camping areas at CelticFest.

Bump-In Access: You may begin bumping in from late Thursday afternoon by texting 0413 943 114 to arrange a time. An usher will then guide you to your stall site.

Camping: Camping sites can be chosen with consideration for those around you. Space will be tight, so please do not spread out excessively.

Stall Camping: If you intend to camp at your stall and move vehicles back and forth during the evening, please park in the market car park area rather than the camping area, as you may get blocked in.

Setup: Please speak to an usher before setting up your site.
